ScreenConnect Remote Support

Follow these simple steps so we can help you remotely

Enter the Session Code

Go to our ScreenConnect portal and enter the session code provided by our support team:

Type the code in the "Join with a code" box and click the blue arrow button.

Download the Client

Your browser will download a small file called ScreenConnect.Client.exe. This is safe to download - it's from ConnectWise, a trusted remote support provider.

Allow the Connection

When the ScreenConnect window appears:

  1. Check the box that says "I acknowledge that I am allowing someone to connect to and control my machine"
  2. Click the "Connect" button

Approve System Access

Windows may show a User Account Control prompt. Click "Yes" to allow the ScreenConnect app to run.

This is normal Windows security. The app is verified by ConnectWise, LLC.

You're Connected!

Once connected, our technician can see your screen and help resolve your issue. You can watch everything they do and end the session at any time.

The connection is secure and encrypted. You maintain full control and can disconnect at any time.
