Our unique Self Pickup mode enables you to simply transfer from a desk phone to a SoftPhone by dialing *38. The feature moves an active call from one extension to the next for the designated user. 

To steal the active call, dial from the idle extension.

It’s simple to designate an extension to a VM. By dialing 7, followed by the 3-4 digit extension number, calls will be directly sent to voicemail without a ringtone period.
